A festQuest.com membership is $349/year, $99/3 months or $39.95/month. As a
member, you become part of the most complete tool for event planning and are able to be included in the Event

In addition, you maintain complete control of your listed information with unlimited updates and changes.
Include detailed information about your business, such as menus, show schedules, client lists, photos, reviews

4. Can I change or update my pages? |

Yes, membership includes unlimited updates that you may edit at any time. Go to the
Member Login page and follow the instructions, or
click to open a user's guide that shows you how to build
and edit your festQuest site (opens a pdf in a new window). |

5. How do I upload photos, menus and images? |
|
|
|
Log into your Administration pages and select the page you would like to edit or
add. Make sure you have the file formatted properly and accessible on your computer.
Browse for the file on your computer, select the file and click "upload." |

6. How much does it cost to upload audio/video files? How do I upload audio/video? |
|
|
|
Audio and video clips cost $25 per year for the first 5 megabytes. Additional megabytes may
be purchased in blocks of 5mb for $25 per year. You will need to format and compress your audio/video files if
they are not set up for web uploading.
If you do not have formatted files, we suggest downloading
Quicktime Pro ($29.95) and following the instructions.

You may also contact Metro Encoding and send in your media to have it properly formatted for the web.
($50 minimum fee. This will give you the best video compression quality without purchasing a professional software.)

directory. If your category is not listed, please email your information to
info@festQuest.com. We will try to accommodate all members. If we receive enough requests for a specific
category, we will add it to the directory. |

8. What forms of payment do you accept? |
|
|

For your convenience, we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover. If using a credit card is not preferable to you or your business, please contact
info@festQuest.com to arrange payment by check. |

9. What can I do if my username is already in use? |
|
|
|
Because festQuest.com is so widespread, many of our members have similar usernames. Our suggestion is to spell out the full name of the business, add a city abbreviation or add a number to the name. |

10. What is your cancellation policy? |
|
|
|
festQuest.com offers a thirty (30) day free trial period before charging your credit card. Just simply cancel within the trial period and your credit card will not be charged. Thereafter, we offer monthly as well as annual memberships for your convenience. After the first 30 days, you may still cancel your membership from your Administration page to be removed from the database, but you will not be refunded. Purchase of audio and/or video files, additional photo galleries or additional cities is non-refundable. If your membership expiration date passes and you do not renew, your membership will be deactivated. If you do not pay to renew your membership within 14 days of the expiration date, your membership will be deleted. |
